Wildflowers planted on Caernarfon Road in Bangor have brought a splash of colour to one of Bangor’s busiest roads.
The Diana Gardens on Caernarfon Road are being upgraded in a partnership scheme between Adra Housing Association and Bangor City Council and will look a lot better on the eye once the work has been completed.
The bottom of Penchwintan Road has also seen wildflowers emerge recently with the area due for an upgrade by Gwynedd Council soon.
Local councillor Medwyn Hughes said: “It’s really great to see this partnership working between different agencies and to see the wildflowers along Caernarfon Road.”
