North Wales Police have arrested a 38 year old local man and recovered a quantity of Class A drugs, after executing a search warrant at an address in Penchwintan Road, Bangor.

 

A police statement said: “Today (Thursday 1 August) we conducted a search warrant at an address in Penchwintan Road, Bangor responding to information from the community.

“The successful operation recovered and a quantity of class A drugs and a 38 year old local man has been arrested. Following the warrant a closure order was put in place to prevent any access to the property.”

Inspector Jon Aspinall of North Wales Police, said; “In Gwynedd North we are focused on bringing those involved in the supply of Class A drugs to justice.

“This is just one of a number of warrants we will be executing. We hope the closure notice will be seen by the public as part of our determination tackle this issue and to safeguard local residents.”
