North Wales Police have arrested a man and a woman for being drunk and disorderly at a house party in Bangor.
A statement from North Wales Police said: “Last night (Monday 27 April) local officers attended an address in Bangor following reports of an ongoing party at the location.
“Upon arrival a number of people were drinking and acting in an antisocial manner outside the property. Despite being spoken to by police, some people ignored the warnings and continued their behaviour.
“A 21 year old woman and a 30 year old man were arrested for being drunk and disorderly. They spent the night in Caernarfon custody.
“The woman was issued with a conditional caution and must now attend an alcohol diversion course – if she does not attend she will be charged.
“The male has been charged with being drunk and disorderly and will appear at court at a later date.”
Gwynedd North Support Sergeant Chris Hargrave said: “In addition to breaching the Covid guidance and legislation, the behaviour of these two individuals was completely unacceptable.
“For the benefit of the wider community, antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and we thank the public for bringing this matter to our attention.”
