Police are appealing for information in relation to a criminal damage incident in Rhiwlas, where a community defibrillator was vandalised.
Public Access Defibrillators are devices located in publicly available areas that can deliver an electric shock to a casualty in cardiac arrest ands potentially save the life of a casualty.
The defibrillator sited at Bro Rhiwen, is believed to have been vandalised late on Saturday evening, or in the early hours of this morning (Sunday, 10 September).
As a result of the vandalism the machine is currently out of service.
