The Management Centre in Bangor has welcomed their new Head Chef, who will lead them into the Festive Season.
Head Chef Roger Gorman not only brings a wealth of commercial experience spanning 25 years, but also a real eye for detail.
Roger has worked as a chef internationally and alongside Celebrity chef Gary Rhodes in London, before serving as Head Chef at the White Eagle at Rhoscolyn, Anglesey, with his most recent focus on training local Chefs for the future at the Oystercatcher restaurant.
Roger and the team now provide Evening Bar Meals at Hugh Owen Hall, Coffee Shop Brunch and Lunch Menus with Festive lunch options now available.
The Christmas Dinner Menu is now available at The management Centre (19 November – 21 December) with bookings being taken for individuals and groups.
