Menai Heating has launched a Christmas toy appeal in support of North Wales Superkids, a local charity dedicated to ensuring children facing hardship across the region experience the magic of Christmas.
North Wales Superkids provides gifts and festive experiences to families in need, with many of the children supported receiving no other presents over the holiday season. As demand continues to grow, community donations remain crucial to the charity’s work.
Staff at Menai Heating are encouraging residents to get involved by donating new, unwrapped toys and gifts. Their Menai Bridge showroom has already begun to fill with contributions, which the team has affectionately dubbed “Santa’s sleigh.” Early support has been strong, but organisers say there is still a long way to go to reach as many children as possible this year.
“We’ve been overwhelmed by the kindness shown so far,” a spokesperson said. “But we know there are many more families who need our help. Even one extra toy can make a world of difference to a child’s Christmas.”
The company is hoping that increased publicity will raise awareness of the appeal and encourage more people to donate before the festive deadline. Updates and photos of the collection progress can be seen on Menai Heating’s social media channels.
Donations can be dropped off at:
