The organisers of Bangor Summer Festival have thanked three local businesses whose generosity and community spirit are helping to make this year’s event possible.
Trilogy Night Club, Enfys Funerals and MKM Building Supplies have all stepped forward to support Bangor Summer Festival 2026, helping the organisers continue to deliver one of North Wales’ biggest free family events.
For MKM Building Supplies, this marks their third consecutive year of sponsoring the festival, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to both the event and the Bangor community.
Festival organiser Nigel Pickavance said:
“One of the most encouraging things for us as organisers is seeing local businesses believe in what we’re trying to achieve. Bangor Summer Festival is a community event in every sense of the word, and it’s only through support like this that we can continue to grow and provide a fantastic free day out for thousands of people.”

Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet all three sponsors during the festival, with Trilogy Night Club, Enfys Funerals and MKM Building Supplies all hosting stalls on the day.
MKM Building Supplies will also be bringing an exciting inflatable challenge to Tan y Fynwent, where festival-goers can put their skills to the test and compete for prizes throughout the day.
Bangor Summer Festival returns on Saturday 15th August, transforming the city centre into five vibrant entertainment zones packed with live music, family entertainment, artisan markets, community and charity stalls, children’s activities, a funfair, and spectacular TV and film attractions.
From meeting The Mandalorian and Grogu, watching him arrive on his speeder, joining the Galactic Academy, and coming face to face with Darth Vader, to enjoying live performances from Complete Madness, Yr Anghysur, Sara Owen, Lauren G as Sabrina Carpenter, and many outstanding local performers, this year’s programme promises something for every generation. Whether you’re bringing the family for a day of adventure, catching up with friends over great live music, browsing the market, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, Bangor Summer Festival offers a full day of experiences, memories and entertainment, completely free of charge.
The organisers hope the community will come along, support the businesses that support the festival, and enjoy what promises to be one of the biggest and most exciting Bangor Summer Festivals yet.
