Bangor will be hosting a Christmas Market on Sunday 16th December, which will see Bangor High Street packed with stalls, including street food, local produce and crafts, there will also be live music throughout the day, a funfair for children and one for adults and a firework display to finish the day.
The Christmas market follows the successful Bangor Food Festival which was held in September.
Event organiser Emyr Owen said: “The food festival was an amazing success, I haven’t spoken to one person who didn’t enjoy themselves, many people have said they’ve never seen so many people in Bangor.
“With the Christmas market we’re hoping to bring another successful event to Bangor, we’ll be pulling out all the stops to make it another great day.
“There will be stalls in Bangor High Street and the management of the Deiniol Centre have kindly agreed to allow local craft sellers use their empty retail units.
“We have two fun fairs, one suitable for children and another with adult rides, to end the day there will be a firework display at 5pm.”
The Christmas Market is on Sunday 16th December and is Free to attend. Starting at 10am through until 5pm on Bangor High Street and in the Deiniol Centre the Fun Fairs will be at Glanrafon (by Storiel) and the Canonry Car Parks (next to Bangor Library) The Firework Display will be held at 5pm.
