North Wales Police has served a closure notice on a property in Bangor.
Due to disorder and nuisance within an address in Bangor, a closure notice has been authorised by a Superintendent for 19 Tan Y Coed, Maesgeirchen, Bangor.
Access to the premises by any person has now been prohibited, unless you are a specified person or present in specified circumstances.
It is a criminal offence, under Section 86 of the Act, to remain on or enter premises, without a reasonable excuse.
Sgt Dan Dent, Gwynedd North Neighbourhood Policing Sergeant said, “Closure notices are a last resort, however we will take such action to protect neighbours and the wider community. We continue to share intelligence and information with our partners in housing.”
