The former Peacocks store on Bangor High Street has been put on the market after closing down last year.
The fashion retailer closed its branch on the High Street in September 2020, after the group which owns it reportedly hit financial difficulties.
Peacocks is one of a number of big name shops which has moved out of Bangor following the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
The 10,412 square foot unit, which occupies 290-294 High Street, has now been put up to let at a rate of £50,000 per year, the buildings owners may also consider selling the property.
In the information brochure, BA Commercial said: “The property is situated in a good retailing position in the heart of Bangor on the pedestrianised high street with other retailers close by including JD Sports, Costa Coffee, Boots etc.
“The property comprises a large ground floor sales area with goods lift leading to the first floor, which provides for extensive storage. The second floor provides further storage.
“The property is available on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of years to be agreed.”
