Police have described high speeds on the Felinheli bypass as ‘unacceptable after 52 drivers were caught exceeding the speed limit.
Despite the misty conditions this morning, Go Safe Cymru, who were enforcing on the Felinheli bypass, clocked 52 drivers exceeding the 60mph speed limit.
Go Safe Cymru Tweeted: “This morning #GoSafe were enforcing on the Felinheli bypass, a 60mph road. Despite the poor weather and our presence, 52 drivers decided it was appropriate to travel in excess of 67mph, 13 of those were driving at 80mph or higher. The highest speed recorded was 93mph!”
