North Wales Police Officers have arrested two men, after responding to reports from the local community of drug dealing activity in the Upper Bangor area.

In a Facebook post North Wales Police Bangor said: “We successfully located and arrested two individuals on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs. Both men aged 18 and 19 are currently self-isolating (not through choice) in cells 4 and 11 at Caernarfon custody.”
Inspector Jon Aspinall added: “At this time of significant concern relating to COVID 19, we have been working hard to safeguard the community in Gwynedd North in relation to non-essential travel to limit the spread of Coronavirus.
“This excellent result also demonstrates that we continue to safeguard the community against the risks of other crime such as County Lines drug dealing. It’s very much business as usual for us, and we will continue to achieve results like this.
“We appreciate the support we are receiving from you, our community.”
