Traffic was delayed on the A55 this Bank Holiday Monday morning, due to a rogue swan sitting on the carriageway at around 10am.
One lane was closed on the eastbound carriageway before J9 at Treborth near Bangor as traffic officers attempted to move the swan to safety.
Traffic Wales sent their officers to sort out the problem, but it took them around 40 mins to remove the bird from the road.
Traffic North Wales Tweeted: “A55 Eastbound before J9 Treborth. Lane 1 We have a Swan in the road. Traffic officers on route. Please proceed with care.
“Not an easy challenge trying to catch a Swan on the A55. Traffic officers will need a cup of tea after this !! Thank you for your patience.”
