The Stereophonics have announced all their summer shows have now been cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, including the show at Parc Faenol in Bangor on Saturday, 25 July.

Ticket refunds, will be issued from the point of purchase. Ticket holders will be contacted by their ticket agent within 14 days.

 

A statement on the official Facebook page said:

“In addition to the Summer festival cancellations already announced, we are sorry to also announce that the Stereophonics summer shows in Inverness (11/7), Edinburgh (23/7) and Bangor (25/7) have been cancelled due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic in the UK. Ticket refunds, will be issued from the point of purchase. Ticket holders will be contacted by their ticket agent within 14 days.”

Formed in 1992, the band consists of Kelly Jones (lead vocals, lead guitar, keyboards), Richard Jones (bass guitar, harmonica, backing vocals), Adam Zindani (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Jamie Morrison (drums, percussion)

The Stereophonics have played at some of the biggest venues to fans all across the world, achieving seven number 1 albums, 10 top 10 albums, 23 Platinum Sales Awards, 5 BRIT nominations, and 1 BRIT Award win. They have sold 8.5 million albums sold in the UK alone.
