A reunion event celebrating the Octagon will be held in Bangor on Sunday 5 May.
The daytime event will be strictly for the over 30s, and held between 3pm – 8pm at Trilogy, the latest incarnation of the famous nightclub.
The Octagon – often referred to as ‘The Occy’ – opened its doors on Dean Street in 1985, and kept its name for 27 years, before being renamed as Peep in 2012.
A generation of clubbers will remember going most weekends to the popular venue, with coaches bringing revellers from all over North Wales to see the famous lightshow.
The reunion event will be hosted by the DJs of the good old Octagon days, including Richie Rich to DJ Bonty, Pete Ferg, Lee Openshaw and Andy B, with more to be confirmed.
Tickets for the event cost just £5 are selling fast.
