Two 3 year children who went missing in Maesgeirchen earlier today, have been found safe and well.
The three-years-olds who were missing for an hour sparked a search by local residents and police.
Mum, Dina Lloyd said: “I was in the post office buying ice creams for them, I turned my back to pay and they’d gone, it was the worst moment of my life.”
The children were later found safe and well by a nearby river.
Dina added: “I just want thank everybody in Maes G and all the police that were out looking for them, they are safe and sound back at home and found down by the river”
North Wales Police tweeted this evening “Thank you to the residents of Maesgeirchen who helped us find the two missing 3 yr olds so quickly. You were awesome folks”
