The annual Harvest Festival at Bangor Cathedral will take place on Sunday 30th September at 10.30am. The service starts in the Bible Gardens and continues in the Cathedral after which you are invited to enjoy a Free harvest lunch.
This year’s service coincides with Bangor’s first Food Festival so ‘footfall’ in Bangor should be high. A warm welcome is extended to anyone who would like to attend, if you long to sing ‘we plough the fields and scatter’ or to experience a traditional harvest festival, then come along to Bangor Cathedral and join Bishop Andy for this special service.
The Cathedral are also welcoming new students to Bangor so it’s a great chance to meet the chaplain and other members of the team.
Donations are being received for the Cathedral Foodbank, so please feel free to bring along a tin or packet.
