The funeral of Ysgol Friars deputy headteacher Gareth Parry, who died suddenly last Wednesday evening, will be held at Bangor crematorium on 24th August at 11am.
Gareth’s wife Zoe has extended an open invitation to anyone who would like to attend to pay their respects.
Ysgol Friars headteacher, Neil Foden, said: “Gareth was a brilliant deputy headteacher who made a huge contribution to the successful school which Friars is today.
“He was one of the kindest men I have ever met and one of the best friends I have ever had. His passing will leave a huge hole in so many people’s, lives inside and outside of school.
Any Ysgol Friars school pupils who would like to attend the funeral are requested to wear their school uniforms and to meet at the entrance gates of the crematorium for 10.50am.
Gareth leaves his wife Zoe and two young children.
