Shoppers in Bangor made an early start on Boxing day for the popular Next sale, with large queues of people waiting for the store to open at 6am.
Despite the bad weather, with heavy rain showers, large queues had formed outside the Bangor store by 5am, where discounts of at least 50% off are usually expected and as much as 70% off some items, the Next Boxing Day sale has become an annual tradition in itself.
Discounts apply across the store with women’s wear, menswear and children’s sections, making it the perfect opportunity to pick up items for your new year wardrobe. Homeware is also be included in the sale, with everything from sofas to soft furnishings available at a snip of the usual price.
Shoppers can also find discounts on the Next website from around 8am on the same day as the sale launches.
