The Deiniol Shopping Centre in Bangor is up for sale by auction, with a guide price of £1.1 Million.

 

 

The Shopping Centre on Bangor High Street, which comprises 27 shop units, was previously sold by auction for £1.37 million in 2019.

The 52,000 sq ft site is on the market with commercial agents Barnard Marcus, Hammersmith Auctions, and will go under the hammer on 6 February.

The current total gross rents are £225,146 per annum and tenants include H Samuel, Specsavers, Iceland, Card Factory, Claire’s and Subway.

The centre links to a 123-space car park area, but this will be excluded from the sale and will be held on a new lease of 250 years.
