Collaberation Nation, an international collaborative art project for artists, illustrators & doodlers from all creative backgrounds is currently on display at Storiel in Bangor.

This is the fifth instalment of the project, which is being co-ordinated by North Wales based artist Nader Kohbodi (Mr Kobo).

Kohbodi said: “Over 50 artists and illustrators from 16 different countries have taken part in this latest chapter of Collaboration Nation, known as Experiment 5.

“For each completed work 4 artists in turn contribute to create vivid and exciting artworks. The process starts with a black and white drawing which is then posted on from artist to artist around the globe before flourishing into a full and finished collaborative piece.”

The completed black and white images are certainly visually striking, and are sure to appeal to a wide range of audiences.

The project aims to create a link between the various different scenes within the art world by involving artists from a variety of backgrounds – from illustrators and graphic artists to graffiti and street artists.

The ‘Collaberation Nation – Experiment 5’ exhibition will be open until 2 June at Storiel, Bangor.

Storiel is open Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm.
