A ‘parcel’ of land is up for sale on Bangor High street, with offers in excess of £425,000.
The land, which is next to the Varsity pub, already has planning consent approved for a four storey building, to provide two shops and 15 living units for students.
The development would see the main part of the building and the retail units on the High Street side, and further self contained student accommodation (set at the rear of the site). Each of the student flats are designed to include a bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink, a kitchenette and bedroom/ living space.
Planning permission for the site was approved in December 2016, by Gwynedd council (C16/0677/11/ll).
