The Deiniol Shopping Centre in Bangor is up for sale and will be auctioned next month, with interest from local and national firms.
The Shopping Centre on Bangor High Street, comprises 27 shop units which link to a 123 space car park. Tenants include Specsavers, Vodafone, Iceland, EE, Card Factory and Carphone Warehouse.
The 52,000 sq ft site is on the market with commercial agents Allsop at a guide price of £300,000, but the agents hope the selling price will be higher.
There are more than 20 firms currently trading in the shopping centre and the current total gross rents are £436,736 p.a.
A spokesman from the agent Allsop, told North Wales Live: “We have already had a lot of interest, both from local and national operators, some of them well known.
“This is a large site in the centre of a town/city, people see this as a good opportunity.
“There has been interest in the site for future redevelopment but others looking to come in, roll up their sleeves and continue the centre as it is, potentially adding extra tenants as they go along.
“They want the challenge and can see the potential.
“The £300,000 is a guide price and we hope with the significant interest the final price at auction will be higher than that.”
The auction takes place on Tuesday 9 July 2019 at The Berkeley, in Knightsbridge, London.
