Bangor Tae Kwon-Do TAGB students Gavin Lawrence achieved his second Dan black belt, and 14-year-old Peyton Creed received a first Dan black belt last weekend and Colwyn Bay student Annabel O’Leary achieved her second Dan black belt.

After travelling to TAGB Grading in Daventry to perform at their grading examination in front of five Tae Kwon Do masters, all 9th degree black belts,

Instructor Mark Dowling is so proud of their achievements.

He said “they trained consistently hard with full dedication and are a credit to themselves and the club, I am extremely proud to have these three students in my clubs.

Colwyn bay and Bangor delivers sessions in Bangor University normal site sports hall on Tuesdays 6-7pm and Mochdre village hall, Mondays 6-8pm and Wednesdays 6-7pm to all ages,     it is affiliated to with the largest most successful martial arts in the UK
