Details have been confirmed for Bangor’s Remembrance Sunday Service and Parade on 14 November 2021.
The Parade will assemble leave Bangor Clock on the High Street at 9.30 am before marching up the High Street to Bangor Cathedral in time for the start of the Service at 10 am.
Following the service at 10.45 am, the parade and congregation will march to Bangor Cenotaph, where a two minute silence will be observed at 11am, followed by a Wreath Laying Ceremony and a short service.
Following the wreath laying ceremony the parade will assemble on Deiniol Road, by the crossing, where they will march the short distance to Ffordd Gwynedd and fall out on Ffordd Gwynedd by entrance to Police Station.

10 am Cathedral service
10.45 am Parade, Civic procession and congregation march down to War Memorial for Wreath laying Service
11.00 am Two minutes silence
11.05 am Wreath Laying on War Memorial and on North Wales Heroes Memorial Arch and Last Post
11.30 am Band and Parade forms up on Deiniol Road (by crossing); band and parade march past saluting, turn right onto Ffordd Gwynedd and fall out on Ffordd Gwynedd by entrance to Storiel/Police Station.
In accordance with Welsh Government guidelines, there are no formal Covid rules for the outdoor service and procession, although the wearing of masks and social distancing is encouraged.
