Bangor will be as hot as Barcelona this week as temperatures soar during a mini heat-wave.
High pressure across the UK will continue to dominate the weather, allowing for the fine and dry spell to continue for the rest of May and into June. May is on course to be the driest and sunniest on record, beating the previous record of May 1948.

“Forecast maximum temperatures Wednesday to Saturday. A warming trend. Highs of 26°C in Cardiff. 25°C in Aberystwyth and Wrexham. 22°C in Bangor. This May is on course to be one of the driest and sunniest on record!”
