Traws Cymru has fully reinstated all T2 bus services between Bangor and Aberystwyth, after they were suspended in September due to driver shortages.

 

A temporary service change came into effect on 22nd September, with the situation being reviewed every two weeks.

An update today from Traws Cymru said: Following their suspension due to driver shortages, the following T2 and T3 journeys will be reinstated from Monday 25th October:

T2 Monday to Saturday

  • From Aberystwyth to Bangor: 09:00
  • From Bangor to Aberystwyth: 14:05

T3 Monday to Saturday

  • From Wrexham to Barmouth: 16:15
  • From Dolgellau to Wrexham: 19:35

Sunday times will remain unchanged.

The T2 service provides a direct service between the University centres of Bangor and Aberystwyth seven days per week, also serving the key centres of Caernarfon, Porthmadog, Dolgellau and Machynlleth.
