This fixture offers Bangor a chance at silverware in what has otherwise been a challenging season, as they battle to avoid relegation from the Cymru North with just three league matches remaining.

Dylan Summers-Jones was the star of the match, netting both goals for the home side. He broke the deadlock in the 25th minute, expertly finishing a cross from James Barry, before doubling the lead early in the second half with a stunning 25-yard strike.

Their cup journey began with a hard-fought first-round win over Caersws, where they prevailed in a 5-3 penalty shootout following a 1-1 draw. Goalkeeper Carl Jones played a pivotal role, making a decisive save to ensure Bangor’s progression.

Their final opponents, Airbus UK Broughton, secured their place with a thrilling 3-2 victory over Colwyn Bay. With both teams determined to end their seasons on a high, the showdown in Llandudno promises to be an exciting battle.

With silverware within reach, Bangor 1876 supporters will be eager to see their team lift the cup, providing a morale boost as they fight for survival in the Cymru North. The final on 19 April offers a perfect opportunity to cap off a challenging season with some silverware.

Meanwhile, the Southern final pits together Penrhiwceiber Rangers and Trefelin at The Renewable Centre Stadium, home of Briton Ferry Llansawel.

The winners of the regional finals will then go head-to-head in the Welsh Blood Service League Cup national final on Saturday 26 April (venue and KO time TBC).
