North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to the public disorder incident that happened just before 7pm in Upper Bangor on Saturday night, January 26th, prior to the Welsh Cup football match between Bangor City and Caernarfon Town.
Police officers were kicked during the disturbance and one officer required hospital treatment, officers were also spat on.
Detective Inspector Andrew Gibson said: “We are keen to obtain any mobile phone footage or dash cam footage that may have captured the incident.
He added: “Thankfully the officer injured during the incident has since been discharged from hospital.”
