They say don’t judge a book by its cover, but North Wales Police have revealed the most common names most likely to have committed a crime, the names David and Sarah top the North Wales naughty list!

The list, from 2016, was revealed in response to a freedom of information request, with David, Paul, Michael, James and John the male names most likely to be in trouble with the police and Sarah, Hannah, Louise, and Nicola the female names most likely to be in trouble.

In North Wales, 20 names made up 5% of the police force’s 40,520 recorded crimes.
