Big Films, On the Big Screen, right here in Bangor

There’s another great week of films, entertainment and events for the community at Pontio in Bangor.

Bangor Aye’s Film of The Week: All of Us Strangers (15) Andrew Haigh’s mysterious, beautiful and sentimental film is a fantasy-supernatural romance about loneliness and love. It concerns the climacteric of middle age when you realise you are probably nearer to death than birth, there is no guarantee that you will live your life inside a relationship and your parents were ordinary, vulnerable people – just like you.

Showing in Bangor from Friday 16 – Thursday 22 February

Rotten Tomatoes Score: Critics: 96%  Audience: 92%

Critics Consensus All of Us Strangers examines profound grief and love through a fantastical lens that is always grounded on human emotion.

Audience Says The acting is off the scale. Scott, in particular, infuses his character with such vulnerability that you’ll want to reach into the screen and comfort him.
