Bangor University are hosting a day of lectures, tours and discussions called ‘History on the Hill’ which is an opportunity to hear about the history, archaeology and architecture of Bangor University.

The event, which is open to the general public, will be hosted by Bangor University’s School of History and Archaeology on 4th November, those attending will also given the opportunity to explore the University and its collections through a series of lectures and walking tours, led by the staff of the History School and University Archives.

Heraldry and local identity

Bangor University and Protest

Archaeology on the Hill

12.00pm Treasures of the library

1.00pm Lunch

2.00pm Tours of Top College and University Grounds

3.30pm Questions, answers and light refreshments

4.00pm Depart

The cost to attend the day is £20 Adult / £10 Concessions (unwaged & pensioners) which also includes a light lunch.
