First Minister Mark Drakeford will confirm that hairdressers, barbers and mobile hairdressers will be allowed reopen from Monday 13 July, in his coronavirus briefing today.
He will also confirm that pubs, cafes and restaurants can open outdoors and self-contained accommodation can also reopen.
During the briefing at 12.30pm today the First Minister is expected to announce details of the next three-week cycle of easing lockdown in Wales, including playgrounds and community centres opening from 20 July, in time for the summer holidays.
The wider beauty industry, including tattooists, are likely re-open from 27 July, if conditions allow.
Campsites in Wales will be able to re-open from 25 July, as long as coronavirus rates continue to fall, Mr Drakeford has confirmed.
“They will be able to re-open, provided we make a success of the re-opening of self-contained accommodation,” he told BBC 5 Live.
“Campsites have shared facilities, and it is not just like going into a toilet in a shop, you have to use the shared facilities. There are showers, kitchens, toilets and so on. We need to make sure campsites in Wales are well prepared, are safe to re-open.
“They have a fortnight now to prepare, and then from the 25th of July, providing all is well, people will be able to use those facilities as well.”
On Thursday Wales’ education minister Kirsty Williams confirmed that schools in Wales will fully re-open with all pupils back in the classroom in September.
