The business had been trading in Bangor since 1870 but closed in July 2018 due to administration, despite re-opening under the same name in November 2018, the business closed again in November 2019.
The building is described by auctioneers Pugh & Company Ltd as a three storey Town Centre property comprising a vacant ground floor retail unit and vacant two bedroom maisonette flat above which would benefit from some updating.
The property will be auctioned on Tuesday 25th February at AJ Bell Stadium in Manchester with a guide price in excess of £85,000.
