Day of celebrations to be held on Bangor Pier

The Friends of Bangor Garth Pier and Bangor City Council are holding a day of celebrations on Bangor Garth Pier on Saturday 14^th May to celebrate the 126^th Anniversary and presentation the Pier of The Year Award 2022.

The day will include a live broadcast by Radio Ysbyty Gwynedd between 11m and 4pm with live music, interviews and discussions; the presentation of the Pier of the Year Award at 2pm, by National Piers Society Chair Tim Wardley.

Enjoy fun and food on the pier for all the family; culminating with a fireworks display at 9.15pm.
