A property owned by Catrefi Cymunedol Cymru (CCG) Housing Association in Bangor, which has been associated with drug related antisocial behaviour, has been closed for three months from 3rd May 2018.
The Closure Order at Plas Gwenllian, Bangor was granted at Caernarfon Magistrates Court today following an application by North Wales Police.
Evidence was delivered to the court by the Bangor Police Safer Neighbourhood Team in collaboration with CCG that the property was associated with drug related anti-social behaviour over a prolonged period of time.
The Closure Order permits only the named occupant and CCG officials access to the property until 11.59 pm on 2nd August 2018.
