Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board have appealed directly to people in the Bangor area to get their first Covid vaccination, after they revealed that 42% people aged between 18 – 39 years-old in the area haven’t received a jab.

 

Anyone who hasn’t received their first vaccine can now attend the vaccination centre at Bangor Cathedral without an appointment.

The Health Board Tweeted: “Around 42% of people aged between 18 – 39 years old in the Bangor area have yet to book their first #vaccination.

“Getting your jab is easy – we have walk in clinics available this week at our Local Vaccination Centre at Bangor Cathedral.

“Our clinics will open between 8.30am – 7pm every day this week, apart from Wednesday and Sunday.

“No need to book – come down at a time that is convenient for you.”
