The Starbucks Drive-Thru Coffee Shop at Llandygai (One Stop) service station near Bangor will open on Friday 3rd August and if you haven’t already received a flyer, you can claim a Free drink here!
The ‘grand opening’ event will be held between Friday 3rd August and Sunday 5th August when customers are invited to enjoy a Free ‘tall handcrafted beverage’ with compliments of Starbucks.
The new Starbucks, will be open between 8am – 8pm on 3rd August with the regular opening hours of Monday – Friday 6.30am – 8pm, Saturday 7.00am – 8pm and Sunday 7.30am – 8pm.
The coffee shop was due to be completed by the end of 2016, but was delayed due to planning refusals. In April 2017, a Subway opened in the existing garage forecourt shop and Euro Garages finally gained approved planning permission for the Starbucks Drive Thru and forecourt refurbishment during early 2018. The filling station reopened as Esso in June 2018 with a Spar store, Subway and Starbucks on the Go machines.
Plans for a Starbucks drive-thru in the centre of Bangor on land on the junction with Deiniol Road and Sackville Road, were rejected last year after considerable local opposition to the plans.
Starbucks management have kindly agreed that you can claim your Free drink by printing out the flyer below:
