September is the time to wine, dine and shine to raise funds for local children and families living with a life-threatening condition.
Throughout the month, Hope House Tŷ Gobaith children’s hospices are asking you host a dinner party, BBQ, cocktail party or even afternoon tea as part of their Let’s Do Dinner campaign.
The idea is to host your friends and family for food with a donation per diner and host things like quizzes, raffles or after dinner games to raise extra funds.
The hospices provide professional care, respite and support to local children living with a life-threatening condition free of charge from the point of diagnosis.
Hope House Tŷ Gobaith Fundraiser Vanessa Marubbi, said: “We’re polishing up the cutlery again this year and what a perfect reason to get together with loved ones and enjoy some quality time and delicious food together.
“It really is so easy. Just host a dinner party, or even a BBQ, at your home or other venue and ask your friends to give a donation or take part in other fun.
“We’ve got everything you need in our free fundraising packs and will be right behind all our diners to help them make their event a great success and raise those vital funds to help local children and families live their best lives”
