Welsh Water Community Engagement Officer for North Wales, Sian Pritchard, shared her enthusiasm:
_“We’re delighted to support this fantastic community event in Bangor later this year. As a not-for-profit organisation, customers are at the heart of everything we do. We already play a key role in our communities by providing clean drinking water and treating wastewater, and we’re proud to extend that support through community initiatives.

Welsh Water is currently investing £19 million in the wastewater network at Beach Road, Bangor, with a major project to improve water quality in the Menai. Additionally, our Resilience Project has been working over the past year to support Bangor residents with cost-of-living assistance, recruitment, and educational programs. We are committed to making a positive impact on local communities, and we’re thrilled to be part of this special celebration.”
