Pier To Pier Santa Walk to raise funds and awareness of Recovery in North Wales

Two local charities are joining together for a Pier to Pier Santa walk to raise money for North Wales Recovery Communities.

Dechrau Newydd, a criminal justice and substance use service, and North Wales Recovery Communities (NWRC) are encouraging people to join them on Friday 8th December for the 5 mile walk between Colwyn Bay Pier and Llandudno Pier, dressed as Santa.

NWRC work to create a network of recovery communities that support individuals to establish and maintain abstinence from long term substance misuse.

The fun event aims to raise money and also to raise awareness of recovery from addiction.

Eternal Media who always support the ‘make recovery visible’ events in our communities will also be joining the event.

Meeting Point: 10:30 at Colwyn Bay Train Station on Friday 8th of December.

Route: Colwyn Bay Pier to Llandudno Pier.
