A new HBO television series is being filmed in North Wales, and an appeal has been made for local residents to appear as ‘extras’ in the series.
Two 10 Casting are currently looking for men and women who are based in and around North Wales for the series, which will be filmed in the spring and summer this year.
Production is particularly interested to hear from those who live in Anglesey, Gwynedd and Conwy as well as anyone who lives in Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham. The production has various filming locations covering this whole region.
All roles are paid and previous experience is not necessary. If selected by the Director, it is likely that you will only be needed for a few days within this period, making working as an ‘extra’ easy to fit in alongside other commitments.
To be considered for a role you must first make a profile on our website – www.two10casting.com. The process is free and only takes a couple of minutes. Once you have created your profile we will be in touch with further information and will be able to check your availability for specific roles/dates. Please make sure you specify where you live so we can find you easily.
The company said they are in search of a large number of people, the more the merrier! All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be aged 18+.
HBO last filmed in North Wales in 2018, when they produced ‘The Watchmen’ series. Filming took place at Penrhyn Castle in Bangor as the house and gardens were transformed into a ‘major film set’ for the first time.
Jeremy Irons stared as one of the main characters in the Watchmen series, and he was seen several times in the area during the month long filming in Bangor.
