While many shops have left the High Street in recent years, and predictably the likes of Woolworths and Debenhams ranked as the ‘most missed’ shops, the adult retail store Nice ‘n’ Naughty was also a feature on Bangor High Street for 15 years.

The store was located at the beginning of the High Street, had been a fixture in Bangor for over 15 years, but in 2019 the doors were finally closed.

Now Nice ‘n’ Naughty want shoppers in Bangor to know they are still in business and going strong, despite no longer having a store in the city.

A spokesperson for the business said: “We wanted to let you know that, though we are not at our 27 High Street store, we are still serving our loyal customers of Bangor and the city’s surrounding Welsh countryside via our online site.

Philip Charter Price, who managed the store for over five years ,is still with Nice ‘n Naughty and is on hand to help the customers with their online questions and orders.

He said: “I loved my time in the Bangor store and our customers were always so wonderful. It was always a joy to open the door and welcome them, and there was also an incredible community between the local retailers within the area. It was sad to see the shop close, but I knew we were still on hand to help all our regulars, through the online site.”

Philip is not the only member of the Bangor team who is still with Nice ‘n’ Naughty, as there are quite a few members that have helped with the store over the years, with some that are still part of the team at the Chester store.

The firm added: “So if you ever wondered what happened to Nice ‘n’ Naughty, they are still here to help, with Philip ensuring the online customer service is as great as it was in the store. So why not pop by and say hi.”
