Police have appealed for witnesses after six jacob sheep were attacked by a dog at Caerhun near Bangor. Unfortunately the injuries to one of the sheep were so severe it had to be put down by vets.

Officers from the North Wales Police Rural Crime Team have now released a video, in the hope that anyone with information might come forward.

The incident occurred during the last few days and police said there are currently no witnesses to the attack, but they have appealed to anyone that may have seen the incident or a dog in the field, which is very close to the A55.

Officers have requested that anyone with any information or if you know who the dog owner is, to contact them.
