A retail unit on Caernarfon Road in Bangor, which is let to Farmfoods, has been sold at auction for £875,000.
The unit is entirely let to Farmfoods Limited until 2030 with a current rent reserved at
£67,638 per annum, with a rent review due in August 2020.
The unit has a prominent position fronting Caernarfon Road being adjacent to McDonald’s and close to the Menai Retail Park, home to Currys PC World, Carpetright, TK Maxx and Pets at Home.
The property was auctioned by Allsops at Knightsbridge, London on Wednesday 23 October, although the buyer is not known.
