With high demand in the Bangor area for affordable homes to rent, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG) are looking into the possibility of building 9 new flats on the site of the former Play Centre, on the corner of Glynne Road and Bangor High Street.
A drop in event will be held at the Hirael Club on Ambrose Street on 27th September 2018, between 4pm – 6pm. The consultation event offers the public to see plans, receive information and share your opinion about the proposed development.
Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd is North Wales’ largest housing association and are responsible for the management and maintenance of over 6,300 properties throughout Gwynedd, including many in Bangor.
CCG aim to provide quality, affordable homes and services to tenants and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities and also offer over 400 sheltered units for older and more vulnerable individuals.
