British Weightlifting have selected Catrin Jones from Bangor as part of their squad for the 2018 FISU World University Weightlifting Championships taking place in Biala Podlaska, Poland between 20th- 23rd September 2018.
Catrin, 19, who studies Psychology at Bangor University and trains at Canolfan Brailsford, represented Wales at the Commonwealth Games earlier this year and finished 4th at the Junior World Championships which were held in Uzbekistan last month.
