Bangor University PhD student Louise Prendergast, is hoping the power of social media can help to find her missing suitcase which she believes has been mixed up with a suitcase identical to hers.
Louise was travelling on the 9.22am Virgin train from Bangor to London Euston on Friday 9 February, she now has the identical case belonging to someone else.
Louise said: “I have walked off with someone’s red case and they have mine, I really need it back!
“I have their identical red Tripp small hard suitcase with men’s and women’s clothes and they have mine with academic papers clothes and makeup!
“I think they must have taken mine off before Milton Keynes – maybe a couple travelling together from Bangor and one put the case behind one seat and the other took mine by mistake.“
Virgin Trains have now tweeted asking if anyone can help reunite the red cases with their correct owners.
