MonologAYE
Wednesday 6 September 7.30pm
MonologAYE is a new project by BLAS, Pontio Arts’ participatory programme. MonologAYE came to life through many various projects between BLAS, Pobl i Bobl and North Wales Africa Society, when it came to light that many people who live in Bangor have a story to tell – be that a personal story or a story about living in Bangor. By providing individuals with the tools to tell their story through a series of monologues to give a voice and platform to all the voices in Bangor’s communities.
The series of monologues gives a stage to the various voices, languages and accents of Bangor – with the aim of the project being a tool for actors from Bangor and the surrounding area, to perform in auditions, competitions and shows. Join us for a night of sharing in Pontio’s Studio – with performances of the MonologAYE!
