I am a qualified Ballroom and Latin Dance Teacher with the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) with over 11 years of teaching experience and 40 years of Dance Experience. I run weekly classes for all levels from complete beginner to advanced. We have a Monthly Social Practice and many fun events throughout the year.
Wedding Dance Tuition, Medal Test Lessons and Private Lessons also available by appointment.

The Dog House Kickboxing Club: Set up by Darryl Gallagher an 18 time world kickboxing champion from Bangor is the City’s latest Martial Arts gym, situated at the back of ASDA car park behind the High Street.
The Dog House runs various classes from children’s, women’s kickercise to competitive kickboxing as well personal 1-2-1 sessions.
The Dog House has a full matted area for martial arts and fitness, a bag room as well as a fully equipped gym.

Toe 2 Toe Boxing Academy is owned by local lad Jamie Edwards, British & Welsh champion. He is passionate about boxing and wants to pass on his expertise to everyone who walks through the door. Ffordd Coed Mawr
I run ladies only fitness classes in Coed Mawr Community Centre which are perfect for any ability, no need to have exercised before!
Classes run 4 times a week, Monday & Fridays 5:30-6:15pm and Wednesdays & Saturdays 9:30-10:15am, they’re £4 each on a pay as you go basis.
No two classes are ever the same!
